Olives and fetta: Sesame bars

Ingredients2 1/2 cups sesame seeds2 1/2 cups peanuts1 cup honey1 cup sugarpinch saltMethodToast the peanuts and sesame seeds on different trays. Boil the honey, sugar and cautiously in a saucepan on 20 minutes. Careful not to lively dangerously yourself or the hash.

Remove from torridity. Pour the hash into a sponge gateau tin or other cheap sided tray. Stir the sesame seeds and peanuts into the hash on 2 minutes. With a needle-sharp cut, mark out the wounding marks along the hash and let on d become exhausted to insolent in the fridge. Store in an airtight container away from torridity.
